Farmhouse Biandrina
The farmhouse BIANDRINA is located in Carpignano Sesia near Novara, on the old road to Ghemme.
Formerly this street was called LA BIANDRINA and in the Middle Ages took a strategic and economic importance because it connects along the north-south axis, Valsesia to Vercelli. Nowadays, along the track, there are churches, chapels and castles of great historical and artistic importance.
The family management offers a comfortable and homely service, with a rich breakfast, prepared with genuine products made of honey, jams, fresh fruit, salami of duja, bacon, bacon and fresh eggs ... everything is strictly made by us!
Besides this, we produce on site every year about 15 tons of real honey, obtained from more than 60 hives of our property.
Among these is the honey of acacia and chestnut, the wildflowers and rhododendron honey. You can taste every type of honey during our abundance breakfast and buy it in our store, near the farmhouse. In addition, we also have fruits, vegetables and some lavender that you can collect in the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse Biandrina has a large breakfast room and 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, satellitar TV and Wi-Fi. Dogs and cats are allowed.

The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, in open countryside and is bordered by an expanse of woodland and beyond this woodland there is the river Sesia. It is the setting for the magnificent mountain range of the Valsesia, with the grandeur of its Monte Rosa: you can appreciate it at sunrise because of its beautiful pink colour.
Immerse yourself in this landscape, with walks, bike or donkey, surrounded by woods and hills of Novara where you can visit also vineyards and local beauties.
Certainly you can’t miss the pony rides for children and a visit to our farm, including plenty of snacks after the walk and a great area used for your grill.
The province of Novara has also something important to discover: the first recommended step is the visit of the castles of the area including the Castle Riccetto, the Monastery of St. Peter, the old fountains and the historic center of Carpignano Sesia and Ghemme. They are wonderful! Another stop not to miss along the road is the Sanctuary of Varallo Sesia (Holy Mount), and Walser village, to reach the town of Alagna, renowned for its skiing.
